Setting Healthy Boundaries as a Leader
When you set a healthy boundary, you are able to define yourself while allowing the other to be a self. Threats often come in the form of ultimatums, which erode trust and breed resentment. When there are healthy boundaries, it enables everybody to function better with less anxiety.
