i didn't do much advising of trump because he didn't reanly listen to anybody. i think one should be much more modest describing what you actually could hav did at that point. In terms of ekno, a bush and a bammer andme, these were all in in a very clearly defined frame. I was the national intelligence offiist at the time, ing and giving them no assessments. There's been an awful lot of wishful thinking about the trajectory of russia for a long time. That's why we have to be very careful about engaging in it.
