I Don't Deserve It
We feel a sense of discomfort, uncomfortableness with whatever is happening. In that individual moment, it's so easy to just be overwhelmed by feeling uncomfortable. If you have in the back of your mind this whole list of, oh, if I let this discomfort inform my decisions, I'm sacrificing all of this other stuff. It becomes much easier to be like, Oh, you know what, maybe I can sit with that discomfort, at least temporarily, so that I can have all this stuff in the future. Our next tip is to know that you do deserve it.
