The Unborn Are Babies, That Is Not Codified in Law
i think every woman deserves these protections. Under labor law, denying pregnant women access to treatments or accommodations that wouldn't otherwise be necessary if they weren't in this protected class is unlawful. The states are forcing them to be pregnant. And the courts are allowing that. In the scenario i painted, thereis no explanation for the girls becoming pregnant that has anything to do with the individual's choice. So this means the supreme court has violated these girls constitutional rights.
