And so a lot of groups like us and some of our competitors are focused on those more info shallow bay single load buildings. Anything 500, 600,000 square feet or less are kind of where we're not seeing as big of a slowdown on the leasing side right now. I think everyone's trying to go to the new standard. It's not that much more expensive to make a premium building.
