Is Real Estate the Perfect Inflation Hitch?
Blackstone had to curb withdrawals from one of its real estate investment trusts as they basically cannot meet the demand. I wanted to get back to this discussion on cross asset allocations through a period of inflation. We've talked about bonds, we've talked about equities, commodities also, but what about real estate? What do you make of both the cyclical outlook for real estate and the secular outlook for real Estate in an inflationary environment?
