How to Pick the Right Recruitment Company for Your Business
COVID is a new recruitment firm based in Bristol, UK. The company was set up by ex-employees of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (RCPH) They are now looking to expand their business into other parts of the world. To start with defining who you want to be as a company they picked five companies that were good for different reasons such as growth, professionalism, loyalty and buzz around them. COVID then embedded all these companies' training programmes within its own internal processes so staff could learn from each other's experiences.
