The Judiciary Needs to Manage Its Own Internal Affairs
The state of the judiciary is terrifying for so many reasons, most every lovers. The way in which you maintain co equal branches is by limit their powers, not expanding their powers. I hadn't quite meant to deliver a counter state of the union on the state of the Judiciary. We have called this play book since 20 17 and it applies with equal forcet. And i don't want to say it's equally true if the judiciary is the executive,. because we have seen the dangers of unitary executive theory.
