The Death of Sorwana
Sorwana's response was not formally published during her lifetime, but it was passed around in religious circles. She got some sympathy and support in Spain, but total derision in places where Antonio Vieira was especially revered. Her confessor Antonio Nunez de Miranda refused to see her.
