i read this book all drive by daniel pink, and he talked a lot about intrinsic and extrinsic motivation. Nd, there was one study were with kids where they gave them money for doing art. But then it killed the desire to do art. Am you can see that now? Adas, yes. So that sort of extrinsic reward, i killed the flame of the internal thing. And so that is really difficult. I think it kind of goes along the same lines as, again, our economy rate. If you have money, life's a lot easier. Yet, that's a prety good well, i don't know if i'd still find it
