I think tactically speaking, if you have a product at your own company or products in the genre, ask them. I think how could you make it better? How could it be better? That will help you get insight into the thought process. And then in terms of the strategic and personal, ask those teamwork questions. Is it all about them or is it about their team? I think the team approach is pretty important. Are they big picture thinkers or do they just drill in? And I think understanding the business value is super important.
