Water travels by gravity you want to use gravity as much as you can because it's free we always say right? So the water will travel by gravity underground. There's few places obviously where you can't then you have like a lift station. The majority of the water travels, you know free flowing and so the angles really important to keep the velocity going Because if you slow down the velocity what's gonna happen all that particulate will start to settle.
