How to Map Health Data to the Same Representation

We need to figure out a way to have the model map all of those data to the same representation. So let's imagine that there is some unobservable state of a person which just describes their health. If you can see that, if you can reach through into that underlying state, you can answer any question about any patient's health. Like a number? Like this one state that is just like one measure? High dimension. That's exactly how they work.
