More diverse workforces are inevitably we're going to find that the triggers are going to happen more often and different than perhaps we saw in the past. One of the triggers is when a woman will offer an idea in a meeting and it doesn't get picked up. And then she feels if she is completely unseen, unheard and often may feel reactive about it. These guys just don't get it. Men in our company can't listen to women. We can't stop triggers, but we can think about how can I respond in a way that is going to be effective? That's really what I'm trying to put out here.
