The Uterine Replicator

There's no reason to believe that we will ever have cheap, easy interstellar travel. I'm also very interested in the impact of biotechnology on the way people could live. The uterine replicator is an interesting technology because it totally changes women's lives and yet doesn't make that much difference to guys. My exploration of technology has always been how many things can I do with it, not orbit the most dire thing I can do with it. A lot of the egalitarian qualities of our society depends on technology.
