What Would That Look Like for US Forces in South Korea and Japan?

US forces in South Korea and Japan would look like smaller contingents of US ground troops. A focus of those that remain on fewer missions, specifically sticking to shooting down opposing aircraft or ships. It would mean the navy moving away from heavy carriers and instead building more light carriers.
