SDR Isn't as Useful as We Thought It Would Be

I don't think we're anywhere close to the end of the cycle. I think it's still diffusing in the marketplace. More and more companies are picking up on this, but they tend to be non tech companies or a little bit more cautious tech companies. So they're just beginning what everybody else has figured out, which is that it isn't as useful as we thought it would be.
