If Your Baptization Was Invalid, My Marriage Is Invalid
If your baptism was invalid, my marriage is invalid. You would have needed a dispensation to marry an unbaptized person. Still it might be worth looking into whether he has a record of this kind of thing. But yes, but what I'm wondering is there are very limited circumstances in which, under circumstances of common error, the church supplies the faculty or prerogative. And I don't think so because- I would suggest we go to the law.
