Subjectivity is unique to practise guide lines compared to other types of clinical research. It makes it harder for readers to use a user's guide o i tend to think of the users guides often as providing a set of rules. They're not hard and fast yyou always have to use judgment. But if you were to have a guide line that was properly developed and properly reported, then i think hu sirs would be in a much better position to judge them es If they agree with this judgments that are a necessary part of the process.
