A Linear Approach to Dynamic Systems
Humans are pre-programmed to think linear so we go from not doing anything at all to doing this thing that's probably what 90 95 percent of the effect. For a marble to roll uphill takes basically like enzymatic reactions with activation energy but overcoming the tremendous amount of input that would be required to actually drive something in an uphill direction. If i can get my physiological marble in a given fitness area to push uphill hopefully then i can just let it settle at a certain spot and dig for itself.
