The word cartel is really an economic term that refers to when companies that are supposed to be competitive with each other act in concert. And i think thats probably a better definition of what's happening in the case of speech, is that you have all these big te companies coming together and they all act the same way. They all implement the same policy with regard to censoring speech. All kick the same people off their platforms. So this is a thing that's very vexing about. The problem is it appears to be decentralized. It's not like there's one centralized actor, but the lective effect is that they do it. An that's that spase, what a cartel is.
