Dave chalton is the chair of alvenley family practice health champion group. They've got abut 17 volunteers now who have been going since they started over a year ago. The enn chess is funded sentially by taxation. A lot of people feel their taxes pay for it, and why would they need to be volunteering to help work for it effectively? But in woodley, people were very much galvanized and empowered by it.
