Hydroponics

I think that hydroponic is a great example of food on life support. It does not equate to healthy food, and it certainly does look like natural system. So we need to move back into soil systems as our primary genirative environment. And ye, the vast majority of out of season foods that are on the shelf right now,. things that you know are not growing locally because snowing in your back yard.
