Internal Rotation in Swimming

I know you've given a lot of good ideas with the squatting. I'd love to get into upper body just a little bit too to kind of carry this over. You mentioned like swimming. But I am curious what like like a freestyle would be more internal rotation where's a backstroke. It's only like external like no, because they're going to go this but to get out the water with the second in the water, you come back in. So most of the effort is still down in internal talk.
