Are You Open to Taking Bats Early on on Potential?
You may have the most experienced c f o or a chief legal officer from large companies that are no longer capable because they haven't done it in years. So early on, whether you hire an experienced or non experienced person, make sure that that person can go back to the basics. Like when you hire a lawyer, he typically will go for a person at the lower tan, three to five years of lowver. That person is two or four years away from doing andas now amuch other person,. But that's crucial. And and that's what you should as a founder, optimise on. Can that person in that roll? Eric, go back to basics.
