There is a renewed interest in what would be considered the role of government authorities to do something about social injustices around the world. The global supply chain and global trading system, when things are tough or their emergency situations may not be as open,. And that's where industry policy is being looked at with totally new light. I think it can be said that the multilateral system now, what the folks at the IMF and in the CR calling fragmentation is subject to tensions, is subject to renewed rebalancing. Many emerging markets developing countries want to see it at the table.
