When you first presented the results of this most recent study that you did, that was at an obesity conference, I believe, year and a half or two years ago? It was. So fast forward, 37, 30, 38 years. I was able to conduct another number of studies that I've conducted up into this point. And in this particular study, we took a group of adult men and women who were clearly in the need of a health improvement. We had them following the protein pacing protocol that I've created and the intermittent nutritional fasting protocol.And so that combination seems to be the winning ticket.
