Osterchik's study showed that when you had late maturing boys, they were underrepresented in the academy at the age of 14. And then they looked at how many of those boys went on and got professional contracts. The people like the conversion rates because it tells a nicer story,. It tells a more happy ending, I guess. But you've got to look beyond the stats. You're not going to be able to just cherry pick them to fit a story or an additive.
