How to Quell Inflammation After a Workout

There's not a whole lot of science that really shows what is causing the inflammation right after a workout. You want to be able to allow that inflammatory response to do its thing. In my case, for curcumin, I think it's up around two or three grams that I'll take. Pretty high. Occasionally, I'll combine that with a CBD or cratum or something else that really causes the muscles to just melt and relax. It's a little hack for tissue work.
