The Point of the Code Review Isn't About You, the Person Who Wrote the Code
The point of the code review isn't to talk about whether or not the person who wrote the code is good or bad. This is about the code that was written by you, the person. And so i've never been in part of a code review where was like, ah, gosh, that was that was really mean of them to say. But it's because everything is prefaced with we want to make the code as good as possible and learn from thi xperience.
