The Benefits of AUM for Client Service

The retention for AUM is a lot higher than retainer clients. We have dedicated topics that we're talking through there where probably 60% of it is consistent across clients, you know, for the fall, we're doing open enrollment and year-end tax planning. But there's also probably 30 to 40%, which is customized to the client. So we just use a very simple word document for those. And then we're putting the action items into mice or task after that.
