The Importance of Busking
You can't get over your television understanding that just because you're performing an audience should listen to you. To any kid, anybody that's just starting out music, I so strongly recommend busking. If you can't get a gig and a bar busk, try to figure out what it is that you do with your voice or with your words or his body that makes someone stop. Put down the beer for even 20 seconds or stop where they're going and take out a buck and throw in your guitar case.
