For week two, as one practices that Buddha belly breathing being cognizant of one's posture and just sitting up straight. And the other piece I would add that is really helpful for this week is focusing on the longer slow exhale. People want to emphasize the inhale, but guess what? If you emphasize the inhales and it's deep that you will actually start to get a headache or feel a little lightheaded if you're breathing too deeply. So it's just a light, gentle inhale and focusing on a longer, slow exhale akin to the pressure of blowing on just warm soup - not hot soup, warm soup.
