Beijing has just passed a counter-espionage law, which the Ministry of State Security demands the entire society to monitor against foreign espionage. How did the CCP build this evidence? How did it get everyone to play ball? Right, so you look like kind of violent agents, whether thugs and the gangsters. At the beginning of the founding of the CCP, they were almost entirely wiped out because of how powerful the party was. But after a series of kind of fiscal reform, which local governments, a lot of fiscal revenue were decentralized from local to center.
