Can I Live in a No Car Walkable Community in Tempe?
In the recent for those who don't know cul-de-sac it's a no car walkable community run. You really have to be committed to live in Phoenix or Tucson and not have a car. In southern Arizona there's also massive huge agricultural operations that are just basically sucking these ancient aquifers dry to grow things like hey and ship it to Saudi Arabia so you have that coupled with all this uncurbed growth.
