What Is Nepotism?
There is almost a natural and more of a tendency towards guilds and aristocracy, where given the ability, people start protecting their prerogatives. And I remember reading about there's a couple of states in Mexico, where teaching jobs are heritable. Like if you're a chemistry teacher, you get to leave your job to your kid whether or not they are qualified to teach chemistry. That's right, the janitors, he took over. Well, who elected them? Yeah, I mean, so I find this sort of stuff.
