Postdocs - What Happened After That?
First paper that involved something that we might call deep learning was in 2012. I worked on this problem for a little while for the last couple of years in grad school. And then after I finished my PhD, I started looking for postdoc jobs. So I decided to do a postdoc in some area where I could get a little bit more established in machine learning.
