The Importance of Recognizing Good Things

All good things should be recognized, right? And by recognizing that you are kind of sending a signal to the whole group. One of the coolest things I saw in the scholar community over the last few years was there was like a day of gratitude. That's actually a great initiative. It made me have a lot of respect for, for people in the community who placed value on gratitude.
