Deborah westfall is the ceo of toffler associates, a strategic advisory firm based in northern virginia. Tofflers was created 20 years ago by alvan and hide toffler who foreshadowed changes we're going through as a global society. Westfall says she became fascinated with their work while working for the air force back in the mid-nineties. She believes they can help organizations understand disruptive change and then what to do about it.
