How Do You Define Getting Things Done in the Church?

A random person asked who had the worst eyesight yet. We actually had that question repeated a couple of times, so i had to ask itcuse they kept putting it in. Ah, how do you tow the line of not overworking your ministry leaders and still getting things done in the church? Jason, i've been to your church. You have an amazing volunteer staff. So would it was t your thoughts on this, shout out to our volunteers. There are honestly a lot of volunteers who are basically functioning as unpaid staff, and should be paidso,. especially the small churcheses t get o worked.
