How to Get Around Copyright Law?
Stanford University Library has put some of its collection on the Internet. The library is asking rights holders for permission to post titles online. It says it will do a "due diligence" process before putting items up, and if there's a complaint they'll take them down. Professor David Weinberger: We've identified a different kind of gray literature with respect to copyright.
