Beasley and Judd's Slip-and-Fall Loan Business
Jeff Judd is accused of running a Ponzi scheme out of his home in Utah. The SEC says Beasley's slip-and-fall loan business never existed. Investors didn't know the details either, all they knew was that they were getting paid. J&J became known by the moniker after more than a dozen people helped sell it.
