If your sense of self worth consistently comes from comparing yourself to other people, then it's very difficult to have self worth. If you're beating yourself up over things about yourself that you don't like, the fact that you're recognizing them is a positive starting point. We're often quite forgiving an understanding of other people's insecurities and other people's shortcomings. And well be extra harsh on ourself for the same shit. So except yourself the way that you can accept other people.
