When you express your feelings, especially anger, when you acknowledge that there's something going on that you're upset about and either share your feelings or get forced by David to express your feelings these symptoms suddenly disappear. We know from the past that sometimes when you're angry and upset about things, you kind of sweep it under the carpet thinking you're not supposed to feel that way. And in this case, your feelings aren't necessarily hidden. They're just suppressed, consciously suppressed because of your belief that you shouldn't be angry.
