The book is called Lean Analytics and it started as a startup. But I think the principles are applicable and- You're the same. People working in data don't think about monetization of data. So if you can marry the qualitative and the quantitative, we say the quantitative tells us what happened, the qualitative tells us why. And so these two things are like tied together.
