The Contagion Factor in Sudan

Is there a contained effect that Sean mentioned in his earlier comment? Is there any sign or sense of that yet? I think I know any Ethiopia, particularly in a Mara region which borders Sudan, they have their own issues. Will they think, well, we don't want all these IDPs coming in here when our people are starving? We haven't been able to measure that yet. Perhaps we have to look at it.
