I think the problem that most leadership groups have is they're just afraid to tell the truth. I say all the time, there's decisions tha get made at madison, read all the time. They may not be how i would choose to do them, but that doesn't matter. My job is to hear the logic, support people and support regardless of ocome right, without blame,. But more like, ye, i'm in it. Let's do everything we can to win. So we work a lot on culture. We're very intentional on culture. And you have to invest the money and the time and the energy the ability to do it.
