Release Leads - What Advice Would You Give to Your Successor?

Every release we talk to the lead about the advice that they're going to give their successor. We spoke with james leverack for one 24, and he said that open communication is really important. He was talking about how he was summarizing release teams to slack and possibly spamming the channel. That's onef the important thing i keep in mind. I always view the relly lead as more like a coordinator row instead of a leading row.
