The Soviet Union and the Cosivo Intervention

The soviet union broke down along the highest level of federation. Cosiva was an integral part of serbia, no one question that. The arbitrariness and unilateral nature of this american led nato was very threatening from the russian porspective. Russia had a veto in order to invade a sovereign country and detach a corps part of its territory because it felt like it - nobody could stop them.
