The Paradox of Demand Versus Supply
The paradox of choice. Consumers would come and oh, this is a cool service. And then you'd ask them, wel wha are you going to do? And they literally couldn't name a use case. There were too many choices. So i think that's another consideration that helped them. But it's just interesting to see these players take different paths. They'res like the constant calebration up.
